Supporting Practitioners to Compassionately Guide Grief, Emotional Expression, and Lasting Change
About this Event

Many practitioners know how to create meaningful experiences for their clients.

A key component to truly transformational experiences is making space for the authentic expression of difficult feelings and emotion. We must reclaim grief as part of a fully lived life and a turning point for transformation.

But when strong emotions arise — grief, loss, overwhelm, deep vulnerability — many facilitators feel unsure:

• How much space should I hold?

• What if the emotions overwhelm the group?

• How do I move the process forward?

In this workshop you will experience a framework that helps practitioners guide emotional transformation with confidence, while honoring grief as a natural and necessary part of meaningful change. This spiraling framework is useful for all of life’s emotional challenges, transitions and thresholds.

Ideal for therapists, yoga teachers, health/wellness practitioners, coaches, doulas and educators of all kinds who want to deepen their work, or support emerging work, with meaningful, lasting transformational experiences.
