Yoga Level 1 | 12-week access
About this Event
Build a sustainable relationship with yoga: one that goes far beyond physical postures. Whether you're complety new to yoga or have practiced before - this course invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body + breath + mind and practice in a supportive, small group.
In 12 weeks, you will learn/refresh the basic principles of yoga, explore different yoga styles, and explore for yourself what yoga is beyond physical postures.
You’ll have a safe space to explore, move mindfully, and experience yogic breathwork (Pranayama), meditation, and more.
Who is this course for?
- total beginners,
- those returning to yoga after a break,
- anyone who wants a slower-paced class with more explanation
- anyone who wants to experience different yoga styles in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere.
Each week is different: the program follows a 4-week cycle of themes, but every practice offers something new, so you can continue beyond the cycle and the 12-weeks.

About the teacher:
Marcelina
Vinyasa | Yin | Somatic Yoga | Meditation
Marcelina is a passionate yoga student and teacher who immerses herself deeply in both yogic practice and philosophy.
With over 19 years of personal practice and over 6 years of teaching experience, her approach has evolved into a blend of structured, breath-led sequencing and intuitive exploration, honoring both traditional yogic frameworks and the inner intelligence of the body.
She invites practitioners to experiment with asanas, adapting them to meet their individual needs, and to turn their attention inward — discovering how the practice feels rather than how it looks.
Her intention is to offer a practice that supports overall well-being, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of self-connection.
