Yoga In The Park : Chicago

Join us for a peaceful morning of Yoga in the Park — a free outdoor class designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and breath in one of Chicago’s most beautiful green spaces.

We'll begin gathering at 9:15 AM in the parking lot on W. Addison Drive, between the tennis courts and the picnic field. Look for the clipboard sign and the extra-large yellow gear bag — that’s us!

Class starts promptly at 9:30 AM and runs for 1 hour. This all-levels session will feature a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing, and opening poses, paired with the perfect dose of relaxation. You’ll leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and at peace.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have a regular practice, this class is for you. Modifications will be offered throughout to support all bodies and abilities.

• Yoga mat, folded blanket, or large beach towel
• Comfortable, stretchy clothing (layers recommended)
• Water bottle
• Positive energy!

For insurance purposes, all attendees must sign a in advance. After registering, you’ll receive a waiver link by email. Please complete it before class and show your confirmation when you arrive.

This class is free to attend. If you feel inspired, donations will be accepted at the end of class.
