Fusion Movement + Sound Bath at Time Out Market

Start your morning with intention in an exclusive setting above the city. This special session will take place on the private rooftop terrace on the third floor of Time Out Market, reserved exclusively for class participants — a beautiful, open space designed for connection, movement, and reset.

The experience begins with a 45-minute Fusion Movement Class led by Coach Cecilia West — a dynamic blend of yoga, pilates, and sculpt, created to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your body and breath.

To close the session, enjoy a Sound Bath led by Megan Olivia, allowing you to relax deeply, release tension, and ground yourself through the healing power of sound.
