Step away from the chaos and reconnect by the lake. This coed experience offers Kemetic yoga, chakra balancing, breathwork, sound healing, and gentle stretching to help you reset and restore. Open to all come move, breathe, and realign together.

Please meet me on the beach side on the lake, I will have a color beach mat and will be positioned on the north end of the beach. Look forward to seeing you.

Dress appropriately as the rain may appear, if it does we will continue our flow in the rain, allowing the water element to emerse us.
