What You Need

BYOL - Snacks and tea will be provided but given dietary restrictions, folks should bring their own lunches.

BYOM - Bring your own mat, yoga pillow, blanket, participants are encouraged to bring any items that bring them comfort for the work we will be doing. However space is limited, so please be mindful for items to fit within your mat space.

Each participant will receive A Gratitude Offering - heartfelt token of appreciation for your openness and participation in this sacred circle of learning.
