As the Beaver Moon approaches, this is a perfect time for reflection and release. Join us for a special Yoga HypnoGong session where we will focus on letting go of the old and unnecessary. This is an opportunity to write down and release what no longer serves you—whether it’s outdated mental and behavioral habits, ambitions, or people who drain your energy.
Take stock of the year behind you, declutter, and clear your mind and heart so you can move forward into the New Year lighter, freer, and filled with joy. 🌕✨

Sound baths are good for most people, but if you have tinnitus or epilepsy it's best to avoid sound baths where gongs are used.
You should not have a sound therapy session if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have thrombosis
Eat lightly before a sound bath and make sure you're well hydrated because a sound bath tends to work better,

‘Mourning Moon’ approaches soon and there will be sguesstions to let go of old unnecessary things, write things down what you want rid of. Good time to look back on the year take stick
Of desires, ambitions, mental and behavioural hsbits and the people you spend your energy on. Clean, declutter, let go
Of anything or anyone who does not bring joy so You can go forth for a lighter new year.
