This 8 week course combines Yoga, mindset work, and birth preparation- through well structured conversations, visualisations, breathing techniques and more!
It will provide everything you need to help you feel calm and empowered as you prepare to meet your baby.
Led by Midwife Jodie, who is also a qualified Pre & Postnatal fitness specialist, you will be in safe hands 🤗
Begins September 11th
Classes are every Wednesday 6-7pm at the lovely Retreat New Forest.
