Love Yourself - Pottery and Cookery Experience Day - Lunch Included

You're in for a double treat with this special collaboration of Pottery and Healthy Chocolate Making brought to you by Dorset based Ceramicist Tania Ware from Wild Fern Studio and the author of the award winning Gut Health 'Nourish to Flourish' cookbook Louise Jones from the multi award winning Food for Thought Cookery School.

Love Yourself is a carefully created experience day to help you reconnect with nature, explore your creativity and satisfy all your senses, all within the stunning grounds of The Retreat New Forest.
The day will include:

A Pottery Workshop in Wild Fern Studio - A traditional, hand-building pottery workshop where you will create your very own ceramic mug and dish, uniquely decorated to suit your style.

A choice of glazes will be available and all creations will be glazed and fired, ready for collection one month later. Postage can be arranged on the day for an additional cost of £5

Lunch - A delicious and nutricious, warming lunch, freshly prepared and served in the fabulous Colin Nash Restaurant.

A Healthy Chocolate Making Workshop in The Cookery School - A few hours of fun and all things chocolatey.

In this hands on chocolate making class you will -

* learn how to make pure dark chocolate from scratch, making it yourself

* learn to make a natural salted caramel filling for your chocolates

* plus each make a delicious chocolate tart that is so decadent you won't know it's healthy!

* learn about the health benefits of pure chocolate

* find out where to buy the ingredients and what to look for

* learn how to add different flavours and combinations to your future chocolate making

* this class is dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free (and suitable for vegans, just let us know at time of booking)

* have fun making chocolates live with Louise from Food for Thought Cookery School, author of Gut Health Nourish to Flourish cookbook

* plus you get to eat some of the lovely chocolates you make in class and take the rest home in a gift bag along wirh your chocolate tart

* you'll also receive a printed recipe card to take home
