Yoga for Larger Bodies is a body-affirming yoga practice designed for folks of every size, shape, and ability. If you have ever felt too intimidated to enter a yoga studio due to your body size or felt that yoga wasn't designed for your body, then this series is for you.
During our gentle yoga practice, you will discover ways to create a yoga practice that works for you and learn mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.
Cost: $25 for a single class, class pass options are available at the studio.
