I adapt yoga to suit YOU, and offer options to suit EVERY body. Practice in a chair, on a mat, or a mixture of both - the choice is yours!
Our theme this term is Learn & Love Your Body, focusing on the basics of the physical yoga postures - the perfect time to join us if you’re a beginner or returning to yoga after a break.
