Rhiwbina Carers Connect Group - for those caring for someone with dementia

The sessions run for 10 weeks starting Tuesday 6th January 2026 10:30 – 12:00 and will take place at All Saints Church, Heol-y-Felin, Rhiwbina, Cardiff CF14 6NT

The types of sessions that are covered will vary over the ten week period and various guest speakers will be invited.

There will be a chance to discuss shared experiences, the positives and challenges of being a carer and the opportunity to share tips and coping strategies. There will also be some sessions where guest speakers will be offering information and advice on subjects that may be of help.

(We will be running an activity group alongside, in a separate room, which the person you care for is more than welcome to attend at the same time).
