This yoga day retreat is going to be very restorative day, allowing ourselves to slow down through restorative practice, yin, yoga nidra and crystal bowl sound healing. If you feel that winter season is taking way too much energy from you then this restorative yoga day retreat will be for you. You will slow down, restore and reconnect with your body and mind. This is a small intimate day for just 10 yogis.
Your Yoga day will include:
10am - Welcome drinks on arrival, healthy treat, pick your oracle card (if you wish)
10:45am (90minutes) - Gentle Morning Yoga Practice – Restore your body and mind through a gentle yoga practice and Yoga Nidra.
12:30 (60 minutes) - Nourishing Plant-based lunch & Cake (dietary requests available)
13:45 (60 minutes) - Yin Yoga Practice
15:00 (45 minutes) - Finishing the day with a beautiful Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.
