Our Women’s Wellness Deep Rest & Relaxation Retreat Evening happening at Acespace in Newbury could be just what you need 🌸
Unwind with us as we illuminate the hall with candles 🕯️ and fairy lights, the scent of lavender, rose and ylang ylang essential oils infuse the air to immediately relax you.
Tired, exhausted and wonderful women will gather together with blankets, pillows, eyes masks for an evening of profound rest and relaxation;
🤯 easy to follow mindset and calming relaxation techniques
🧘‍♀️breathing exercises to lower stress and anxiety levels
🫶primal and yoga movement to release tension
💤meditation to help slow the mind
🎶a sound spa to soothe tired bodies and over active minds
This session is ideal for you if you feel;

Burnt out
Lonely or isolated
In need of some down time.
All incredibly welcome, no experience necessary ☺️
Bring blankets, cushions, pillows and anything else to keep you cosy and warm.
£35 for 2 hours of deep rest and relaxation that every woman deserves! No experience necessary. Open to all 🙏🏼😊

To ensure we keep everyone safe, please note that this session, as it includes sound therapy, is not suitable for anyone who has epilepsy, a pace maker or any heart defects, anyone with mental health issues made worse by or triggered by sound, anyone with metal implants should check with their GP before attending, and anyone who is pregnant in their first trimester should not attend. Minimum age 18.
