We invite you to join us for a healing sound bath with instructor Veronika. Appreciate the present moment with soothing sounds that will provide a grounding and relaxing morning – the perfect start to a Sunday.This will be an indoor event, lasting approximately 1.5hrs. Please bring with you a yoga mat and warm, comfortable clothes.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this sound sensitive event, anyone who arrives after the scheduled start time will not be permitted entry. We advise aiming to arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start time to avoid missing out. The café will be open for refreshments ahead of the event.
This session is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitive conditions, pregnancy (1st trimester) and anyone with metal plates in the body. A medical form will be sent out prior to the event and will need to be completed before the workshop. If you purchase a ticket for someone else, please ensure you forward the form to them to complete.
