Let's honour Autumn season together - slowly start entering into the season of hibernation and slowing down.
I will be offering you 2.5 hours of total relaxation and bliss! I invite you to treat yourself and join me for a beautiful Cacao Ceremony, Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and Yin Yoga. Crystal Bowls sound healing session which will be grounding, centring, uplifting and accelerating experience for you.
Cacao Ceremony - We will open up with breath work and chakra chanting. I will make you a beautiful hot natural cacao and this will be time to set ourselves intention and gratitude.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine (focusing on connective tissue), with asanas (postures) that are held for longer period of time (between 1-5 minutes) enabling the body to settle fully. We will be connecting with different elements, as well as meridians (channels) in our body.
We will then continue our morning by relaxing crystal bowl sound healing journey, connecting with our chakras (our energy centres), different frequencies and vibration. Sound creates a beautiful frequency and intent which brings on the healing. At the end, you will feel grounded, calm and relaxed.

More instruments will be used if suitable for the session.
Schedule:
09:50am - Arrival
10am - Opening up with an essential oil, oracle cards, breath & cacao ceremony (30 minutes)
10.30am - 11.30pm (60 minutes) - Yin Summer sequence, connecting with the element of Fire. Letting go of what no longer serves us and activating agni in our body and mind.
11.30am (50 minutes) - Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Meditation, travelling through the different energy centres (chakras) -

Please bring a pillow and blanket and anything you need to get comfortable. Also, feel free to bring bolster and any other yoga props such as blocks and a strap.
*This workshop is only for 11 yogis, so quite intimate.
