An evening of yoga and drawing where Ellen will direct the yoga sessions and Isabel the drawing . We will divide participants in two groups and each group will take turns in doing yoga and drawing the yoga. A gentle mindful way of practicing figure drawing while taking part on a yoga session before/after the drawing.
Wonderfully invigorating and relaxing at the same time.
Both Ellen and Isabel have experience on making you relaxed while practising either yoga (Ellen) or drawing (Isabel) and can't wait to share their passion with you.
Bring your yoga mat if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes (and layers) for the yoga and drawing sessions.
Drawing materials provided.
We will share our drawings together at the end while we take some refreshments.
