This is 90 minutes of time for YOU to allow you to slow down and surrender into the stillness of Yoga Nidra, followed by the crystal bowl sound healing.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that induces a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness. It's also known as yogic sleep. It creates stillness and relaxing feeling within your body and mind. It releases parasympathetic nervous system and therefore brings you into the space of zen, happiness and calmness.
It will be then followed by a magical crystal bowl sound healing. You will surrender into the vibrations and frequencies of the sound magic.
Setting a magical intention and releasing what no longer serves you and just being present in the moment of stillness and calmness. Putting yourself first
It is a lovely way to finish a busy week and start your weekend with clarity and rest.
