Join us for a Yoga & Art session that blends movement and creativity.
We’ll begin with a gentle 45-minute yoga class, where you can unwind and connect with your body through a soft flow. This calming practice will help you find balance, setting the perfect tone for our next activity.
After the yoga session, we’ll transition into 45 minutes of art expression focused on bringing our inner artist out together. Using watercolors, you’ll have the opportunity to get creative after the yoga flow. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just looking to explore your creative side, this is a wonderful chance to let your imagination flow.
About the teacher
Natasha has been studying various practices of art and music therapy as well as practicing yoga for 15 years. She is the Saturday Yoga and Techno Yoga teacher at Absalon. Her teaching style encourages expression, playfulness and community.
The class is taught in English.

We have yoga mats available and materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
