Join us for a beautiful evening where we merge the sacred healing of plants with the healing vibrations of sound.We will gather in a gentle and intentional space to sit with the loving spirit of Mama Cacao and the delicate yet powerful energy of the Forget-Me-Not flower (Forglemmigej). Together, these two plant allies invite us into the heart—into remembrance, connection, and warmth.
We begin by drinking cacao in ceremony, allowing the body to soften and the heart to gently open. From this place, you will be guided into a deep sound healing journey. Aiste and Mary will wrap you in a nourishing blanket of sound through gongs, singing bowls, drums, intuitive instruments, and the beautiful live songs of Ann Mary—allowing the vibrations to move through your body, release tension, and support deep relaxation and inner connection.
CACAO & FORGET-ME-NOT
The spirits of Cacao and Forget-Me-Not are both deeply connected to the heart. They support us in opening, softening, and reconnecting—with ourselves, with others, and with what truly matters.
Cacao is known for her motherly warmth, grounding presence, and ability to gently open the heart.
The Forget-Me-Not flower, though small and delicate, carries a powerful essence. You may recognize her tiny blue blossoms appearing in spring. She is a strong ally when working with memory and remembrance—holding us lovingly when we miss someone dear, helping us honor beautiful memories, and easing grief and emotional pain.
At the same time, she invites us inward—Forget-Me-Not—remember who you are. She supports us in reconnecting with our own essence, our inner core, and the truth of our being.
Together, these two spirits create a beautiful dance of love, warmth, and gentle remembrance.
About the facilitators
Mary has found her path through a deep connection with nature and has been working with plant medicine for the past five years. She facilitates plant-based ceremonies and retreats, holding a special connection with the spirit of Cacao. Through her voice, she guides participants on a journey, weaving in the messages of the plants. She is a true earthy fairy—grounded, intuitive, and deeply connected.
Aiste is an open-minded and curious psychologist, sound therapist, and healer. She is passionate about raising vibrations, creating joy, and holding spaces where people can relax, open, and reconnect with themselves.
