Experience the mindfulness and tranquility of Far Eastern arts, with this Chinese Tea & Elemental Yin afternoon...Take a dive into the purpose and practice of the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, with author and meditation teacher, Marcus Grandjean. Marcus has 18 years of experience as a 'tea master', holding workshops, retreats and lectures on tea and meditation across the world. His book 'Et Liv Med Te' was released in Denmark in 2021.
Harmonising the peacefulness and focus of the ceremony, the ritual partners with a meditative and calming Yin Yoga session. Guided by teacher and educator Miz DeShannon, this embodied heart-mind practice allows the participant to move deeper into mindfulness of their own body, relaxation, and inner peace. Miz's teachings are heavily influenced by the principles of Qigong and nature, and have taken her to train students throughout Europe.
The afternoon's focus will be ritual, rest, and relaxation...
