Balance & Ground your Energy in preparation for summer by infusing Yin yoga, Reiki energy healing and sound healing into one experience!Feel the power of multiple healing modalities at the same time!
Yoga teacher & Reiki Master, Amanda Ruschiensky, will lead participants through longer held, more passive yin postures. While holding these postures for time, participants will receive the Reiki healing energies through hands above or gently on the body.
At the same time, Lee-Ann will play gongs, singing bowls and chimes. Using the sound vibration to cleanse, heal and move energy.
Allow the healing energies of Reiki & Sound to wash over every layer of yourself as we will work through breath work, meditation, movement & reflection. Immerse yourself into a state of calm, relaxation, awareness, bliss, & healing! ✨😌✨🙌🏻✨
