HEART HARMONY 4-WK FLOW SERIESThis 4 week series will incorporate a gentle yoga flow practice, specific breathwork and meditation focusing on openning the heart.
The heart is the center of who you are, from here, you heal, you forgive, you accept, you love. From this space you gain the strength and trust to move forward...we follow our heart to connect to ourself on the deepest level.

What will you need? NOTHING - just to show up for yourself. If you have, you can bring your own may and block/bolster, but there are props available to use in the studio.
