A 2-Hour Guided Workshop with Grace & Soul Wellness
This two-hour workshop offers a compassionate space to explore your personal relationship with death—not to fix it or rush toward acceptance, but simply to notice what is already there. Through guided reflection, meditation, journaling, and shared presence, we will gently turn toward the fears, curiosities, and quiet truths that can arise when we acknowledge our mortality. Rooted in nervous-system awareness, choice, and care, this experience is designed to feel grounding and supportive, leaving you with greater clarity, tenderness, and a deeper connection to the life you are living now.
No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
What We’ll Explore:
Gentle grounding and guided reflection
Exploring your current relationship with death and mortality
A guided meditation (Tonglen-inspired) to sit with fear, tenderness, and compassion
Journaling for integration and insight
Optional sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental space
Closing practices to return to life feeling resourced and whole
This Workshop Is For:
Adults who feel a curiosity about their relationship with death
Those interested in contemplative practices like meditation and journaling
People who feel emotionally resourced enough to explore tender topics
Anyone drawn to personal growth, presence, and deeper meaning
