Empower Women’s Circle with Bethany

Join an incredible group of open-hearted women every third Sunday of the month as we calm our hearts and minds through soothing breathwork practices, and share what's real and alive in our lives. Whether sharing for support, reflection, advice, just to be heard, or just to listen, the power of sisterhood in these gatherings is your reminder that you are not alone.
(This group is open and welcoming for women, non-binary, and gender-fluid folks who feel more drawn to a women’s circle than a men’s circle.)
