4-Hour Continuing Education Training

Join Caitlin Lodato, RYT500-hr, E-RYT 200, MA, Ed.M, YACEP, Trauma-Informed Yoga Specialist and AYC member, for a powerful 4-hour workshop designed to help yoga teachers create safer, more inclusive, and more supportive environments for all students.
In this experiential training, you will learn:
• What trauma is and how the trauma response affects mind and body
• How to teach a non-judgmental, trauma-informed Vinyasa flow with choice & agency
• Trauma-sensitive meditation techniques
• How to guide grounding, supportive Yoga Nidra
• Practical ways yoga can regulate and support the nervous system
Who This Training Is For
This training is designed for yoga teachers who wish to enhance their teaching skills and deepen their understanding of trauma-informed principles. It is ideal for instructors who want to create safer, more inclusive, and more supportive class environments for students with diverse life experiences.
