Women's Circle: Starting the Year Connected

This is part of a regular women's circle taking place on alternate Mondays from 19:00-20:45. Come regularly or whenever the mood takes you! The next circle will be on 20. January.

Who is this for? This event is for all people who identify as female. All nationalities, bodies, and sexual orientations are fully welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly.

What will we do? We will come together in a cosy circle, slow down, connect to our breath, share and listen:

~ Opening

~ Connect to the body: We'll get out of our heads and into our bodies

~ Sharing & listening circle: the focus today will be on reflecting on the past year, and considering how we envision the new year

~ Closing

Where: Spielraum, Marchlewskistraße 33, 10243 Friedrichshain (between Frankfurter Tor/ Weberwiese - U5, M10). The door opens directly to the street And isn't super obvious!

When: 6. January 2025, 19-20:30. The doors open at 19:00 and we will start by 19:15. Come a few minutes early to settle in.

Cost: We are not doing this to make money, rather for the love of connecting people and contributing to female empowerment. So this is a contribution-based event to help us cover the room fee and ask you to give whatever you feel is fair and affordable. We suggest 5-15 EUR.

Payment: To guarantee your spot, help us plan, and cover rent, we humbly ask you to transfer 5 EUR in advance. You can also turn up on the day and donate whatever feels fair to you. (Assuming we are not full, we're happy for drop-ins). Payment is possible via:

What to bring: A closed bottle or mug, slippers or cosy socks if your feet get cold. No open cups on the cosy wool rugs! We will have yoga cushions, tea and water available.

Betty, mum of 2, integral coach and yin/restorative healing yoga instructor

What brings us together is being expat moms in Berlin, who are exploring and celebrating womanhood. We want to foster female connection and belonging
