Each gathering creates a calm, supportive space to pause, check in with yourself, and connect with others. Circles may align with seasonal shifts, lunar phases, or moments of transition, allowing space to explore what’s stirring both individually and collectively.

Every circle unfolds differently, guided by the group and the moment. There is no pressure to speak or participate in anything you’re not comfortable with. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

Open to women of all ages. Occasionally, themes or practices may not be suitable for under-18s. If you’re unsure, please feel free to get in touch beforehand to check.
