Join us for a one-hour sound immersion designed to help the breath slow, the body soften, and the pace of the day ease.
Using singing bowls and a grounding drum selection, along with many other instruments, sound is used to guide you gently beyond the noise of the day and into stillness and restoration.
No experience is needed. Comfortable seating options are available for anyone who isn’t able to sit or lie on the floor.
Spaces are limited. Message to book or with any questions.
