Each month we have a special guest! For June, our guest will be Sheri Welsh of Fierce Heron Yoga.
This month, we are honored to welcome Sheri Welsh, Registered Yoga Teacher, to our circle. A Reno local and founder of Fierce Heron Yoga, Sheri brings a grounded, nurturing presence to her practice, informed by her own journey through the "seasons" of life.
Sheri will be speaking on the intersection of yoga and the nervous system, specifically how a dedicated practice can support the heart during the grieving process and major life transitions. She will share how Yin Yoga, in particular, helped her cultivate a deeper meditation practice and a sense of internal safety.
