Another winter of CEC fireside meditations at Dufferin Grove Park! Once a month from the winter solstice to the spring equinox. Come for the mindfulness, stay for the marshmallows...3-3:10pm – arrive and settle
3:10-3:40pm - silent meditation around the Dufferin Grove south fire pit, with optional walking meditation time.
3:40-4:30pm – sharing and social time, marshmallow roast
Dress for the weather! The fire pit is ringed by a circle of large rocks and picnic tables. For added comfort, bring your own blanket/cushion.
