Are you navigating the changes of perimenopause or menopause? Join us for "Embracing Menopause with Martial Arts," a unique 1.5-hour workshop designed to empower women through a holistic approach to wellness.

This workshop blends the strength-building and empowering aspects of martial arts with calming meditation, targeted stretches, and brain-boosting exercises. Drawing on Sensei Hiromi Okuyama's experience in martial arts and personal journey with menopause, this program offers a supportive and effective way to address the physical and emotional challenges of this life stage.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Boost Physical & Mental Strength: Learn martial arts techniques adapted for all fitness levels to enhance your physical resilience and mental clarity.
  • Improve Brain Function: Engage in exercises designed to sharpen focus, improve memory, and support cognitive health during this transitional period.
  • Prepare for Life's Unexpected Twists: Develop greater balance, flexibility, and mental resilience to navigate the ups and downs of menopause with confidence.
  • Connect with a Supportive Community! We have an optional session 1/2 hour after the seminar to share experiences and connect with other women on a similar journey in a safe and welcoming environment.
