Guests welcome! Come watch and try your first class for free. It is never too late to learn karate! Our members range from age 6 to 80! There is no limit to when you can learn!

• Warmups and stretching exercises

• Practice the basics: punches, kicks, blocks

• Combinations instruction

• Self defense techniques

• Kata instruction and demonstration

• Cool down

Our classes are family oriented and all ages are welcome. Parents and kids can learn together.
