About this Event

Who Are You, Really?
Exploring Energy, Perception & the Patterns That Shape Us

How much of reality are we actually capable of perceiving?

What if the world — and even our own bodies — are not quite as solid as they seem?

Could we be more than flesh and bones?

And what happens when our energy feels open and flowing... versus blocked, contracted or stuck?

In this experiential mindfulness and emotional awareness class, we’ll explore questions about perception, energy, identity and the patterns that influence how we move through life.

Why do certain people or situations trigger us so strongly?

Why do some reactions seem much bigger than the present moment?

And what role might our past be playing in what we experience today?

We’ll also explore what helps us feel more alive, open and connected — and what may quietly drain or restrict that sense of flow.

Through guided awareness practices, discussion and an immersive meditative story, we’ll look at the choices available to us when life becomes challenging.

What changes when we stop reacting automatically?

What helps us reconnect with vitality, creativity and joy?

And who are we beneath all the conditioning?
