6-Week In-Person Mindfulness for Adults @Edmonton Public Library
About this Event
From Striving to Thriving — 6-Week In-Person Program for Adults in Edmonton
Create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop practical tools for greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and inner calm.
This 6-week in-person program is designed for adults who want to understand their thoughts, emotions, and habitual reactions more deeply while learning simple practices that support greater balance and self-regulation.
Each session includes grounding and body-awareness practices, a short teaching, a guided meditative story, and time for reflection, questions, and connection. The emphasis is practical and experiential rather than theoretical.
Over the six weeks, participants will explore how greater awareness can help us respond to life with more clarity, reduce unnecessary inner struggle, and reconnect with a steadier sense of presence and well-being.
