Whether you're a first-time mom or looking to improve your breastfeeding experience, this event is for you. Our instructor, a registered nurse and registered lactation consultant, will share tips, tricks, and advice to help you and your little one get off to the best start possible. • Prenatal colostrum expression
• The "Golden Hour" (the first hour after birth)
• What to expect in the first week
• Latch and positioning
• Building and maintaining your supply (including hand expression)
• Breast health
• PLUS an opportunity for you to bring your questions to our knowledgeable instructor
  

Location: Please join us in the auditorium in the basement of the Grey Nuns. From the main entrance take the stairs or elevator down to the basement. From the bottom of the stairs, turn left down the corridor (from the elevator, turn right, just before the cafeteria). Continue down to the end of the hallway where you will find the foyer and the entrance to the auditorium. Public washrooms are located just to the right of the foyer.
