Take time to reflect on the past and set intentions for the future by finding your Word of the Year in this community journaling practice. We'll begin with pranayama and meditation and end with group sharing but most of the time will be writing. Just bring your journal and a pen and Katie will provide thoughtful prompts to understand the last year and let it go to clear space for the next. By the end, we'll each discover our word of the year that will guide us through 2025.
