Join Kate Goodyear & Megan Mayer this January on the Panamanian Island of Bocas del Toro in the Caribbean. This retreat will be the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for our 7 days and 7 night together. There will be yoga, delicious food, time to lay by the pool or take a stroll down the beach to the local bar. We will also go on some adventures together! This is the perfect time for a winter getaway with the average January temp being 74 degrees!Your trip includes:
* 7 night stay in the room of your choice, all rooms have a private bathroom
* 3 delicious meals per day
* Daily vinyasa and/or yin yoga classes with Kate & Megan
* Guided Nature Walking tour where you can plan to see such local wildlife as a sloth, toucans, poison dart frogs and more!
* Snorkeling trip - We will take visit Dolphin Bay, Sloth Island and snorkel in the Bastimentos National Park area which has beautiful coral and colorful fish.
* Your choice of horseback riding excursion to La Piscina or surf lesson with Bibi's on the Beach
* All gratuity to resort staff

It is recommended that you arrive in Panama City the evening before our retreat starts so you are there and ready to fly to the island with the rest of the group. The Wyndham Hotel near the airport is recommended or choose to stay in the Old City for a more cultural experience. * This is not included in the retreat pricing*
Pricing: $750 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to hold your spot. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure. A $35 late fee will be applied to all late payments. No refunds if cancelled within 60 days of departure.
