In this workshop we will explore all these questions and more in order to gain a deeper awareness & respect for yoga’s rich past and exciting future... and to empower our yoga practice and/or teaching.

This is a necessary workshop for dedicated yoga students, yoga teachers, and seekers passionate about yoga & Eastern wisdom.
Senior yoga teacher Daniel Damodar Cordua has studied yoga - especially yoga lifestyle, culture & philosophy - for over 15 years and has traveled extensively to the sacred sites of yoga in India and worldwide. He brings a contemporary awareness to a deep respect for the ancient lineages of the yoga system and bridges both in enlivening and relevant ways.
