In this afternoon immersion we will explore the key concepts of the Yoga Sutras. The sutras can be looked at as a road map to understanding the goals and practices of Yoga. Learning and practicing these concepts are a comprehensive way of taking your yoga practice from something you do on your mat a few times a week to a holistic lifestyle. It will be good to familiarize yourself with the sutras and some of the vocabulary words prior to meeting. This is included for those who are signed up for our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program.
