- Multiple shamanic journeys, including one focusing on the inner child and another for opening the heart space: Explore various dimensions of your consciousness and receive guidance from spirit.
- High vibe music throughout: Enjoy uplifting music that elevates the spirit and enhances the retreat experience.
- Unguided movement and dance to awaken the body: Allow yourself to flow freely as you connect with your body’s natural rhythms and release inhibitions.
