This retreat offers a chance to disconnect from the daily hustle and immerse yourself in the profound silence within and around you.
In this retreat, we will forgo conversation to reconnect with our inner selves and surroundings through intuitive feeling. This silence is an opportunity to rediscover your essence and your place in the collective.
Retreat Highlights:
- 90-Minute Sound Bath: Enjoy deep relaxation and healing with a 90-minute sound bath on our Vibroacoustic sound beds or loungers. Let the vibrations harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
- Group Breathing Exercises: Engage in synchronized breathing exercises in silence to feel the collective energy and harmony. Guided cues on when to inhale exhale and release will be projected onto the ceiling.
- Beautiful videos and psychedelic imagery projected throughout.
- Mindful Eating: Enjoy a nourishing I leave vegan and vegetarian grazing table. This silent meal encourages full sensory engagement. You are also welcome to bring your own meal.
- Vegan Cacao Ceremony: Experience a sacred vegan cacao ceremony that opens the heart and deepens your connection with yourself and the group.
- macrame Craft: Create a calming craft (TBD) while receiving a crystal singing bowl sound bath. All supplies provided.
- Change of the Seasons Meditation through Sound and Vibration: Relax again on the sound bed or lounger and participate in a guided meditation focused on the seasonal transition, helping you align with natural cycles and rhythms.
- Fire Gazing Meditation: Reflect silently while gazing into the fire.
