Event Description: Women’s Only Overnight Sound Journey at Ambient Sound Healing

Join us for an intimate, women-only overnight experience at Ambient Sound Healing, designed to provide deep rest, personal insight, and connection in a nurturing, supportive space. This unique event is exclusively for women seeking a peaceful retreat to relax, rejuvenate, and explore personal healing through the power of sound.
Arrive at 9pm. dressed comfortably, and begin the evening with a calming cup of herbal tea. We’ll ease into the experience with a gentle guided meditation, preparing you to fully unwind and let go.
As a special offering, each guest will receive a 10-minute intuitive reading during the night, offering personal guidance and spiritual insight.
Once settled on our vibroacoustic soundbeds or loungers—designed to play soothing music you can physically feel—allow yourself to drift into relaxation. Throughout the night, Rachel will perform intermittent sound baths, filling the space with healing frequencies that guide you into restful sleep. For the first two hours, calming guided visuals will help deepen your journey inward.
At 7:00 a.m., you’ll be gently awakened with peaceful sounds and can enjoy black tea and a light breakfast of baked goods to go, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
This overnight sound journey is designed to cultivate a safe and empowering space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. Spaces are limited to seven participants, so reserve your spot today for this deeply restorative and transformative experience.
Throughout the night, Rachel will take short breaks to recharge, but rest assured that the soothing music and vibrational frequencies from the vibroacoustic soundbeds will continue to carry you into a deep state of relaxation. You can still expect to experience multiple sound baths throughout the night, enhancing your journey of rest and healing.
At this event, you have the option of booking a lounger, or a vibroacoustic soundbed. It is recommended that you bring extra blankets if you get cold easily.

When choosing between the loungers and the beds, please note that the beds are softer and flatter, ideal for those who prefer lying flat or rolling onto their sides. The loungers, shaped like a reclined zero-gravity chair, offer comfort but with slightly less cushioning. Since they are not suited for side sleeping, we don’t recommend the loungers for side sleepers. However, they are perfect for those who are comfortable falling asleep in a recliner.
