Join us under the transformative light of the full moon for an evening of deep relaxation, release, and renewal. Resting on our specially crafted vibroacoustic sound beds or loungers you'll be immersed in gentle healing frequencies, each sound wave helping your body and spirit harmonize with the powerful lunar energy.
This journey includes a guided meditation designed to support inner release and heightened self-awareness, tuning you into the full moon's invitation to let go of what no longer serves you. Each participant will also have the opportunity for a nurturing 10-minute hammock experience, where you'll be lovingly rocked by hand—a moment to feel supported, embraced, and completely at ease. Singing bowls will also be played for you, a long with calming instruments such as Chimes.
Throughout the entire duration except for the time you are in the hammock, You will be resting comfortably on a vibroacoustic sound bed or lounger which will emit healing tactile vibrations.
