WALES STRONGEST WOMAN 2026 Date - 8th March 2026.
Location - Compound Gym - Cardiff.
Cost - £45 per athlete (no refunds for entry fee unless the event is cancelled).
This is the official pathway of official strongman and Giants Live
The winner of u57, u64, u73, and u82 will qualify for Britain's and Europe's strongest woman.
The winner of the masters will qualify for Britain's strongest master
The winner of the opens will qualify for Giants Live Britain's strongest woman.

QUALIFICATIONS TO ENTER
- Born in Wales.
- Lived in Wales for 3+ years.
- If one of your parents is Welsh.
If you're unsure if you meet the qualifying criteria drop us a message.
