The healing power of sound has been used for millenia to heal the body, mind, and soul. I invite you to join me for this nourishing and restoring practice that will help release stress, trauma and blockages.
After a few minutes spent focusing on the breath and being present, you will be resting and allowing the soundwaves to wash over you, cleansing and balancing your being.
The experience will be filled with different sounds and frequencies that will allow your brainwaves to slow down and disconnect from external stimuli so you become aware of what is happening within.
At the end of it, the goal is for you to feel relaxed, rested, deeply nourished, restored, and more connected with your soul.
Please wear nice and comfy clothes and bring a blanket or three (and a pillow if you wish) so you remain comfy and cosy throughout.
Tea and light snacks will be shared at the end.
