Voices and Choices: A Silhouette Portrait of Identity, Truth, and Worth
with Gracy Bondy
Tuesday, July 28 from 6:30 - 8pm
$35
We all carry words spoken to and about us.
Some were said in love.
Some were said carelessly.
Some became labels, and some expectations.
Some became our identity, but it’s not who we truly are.
Join this unique workshop with Certified Therapeutic Art Practitioner, Gracy Bondy, to create a silhouette self-portrait exploring the messages you’ve received from others, the things you tell yourself, and the truths you want to reclaim as the person that you are.
Through guided reflection and creative expression, you'll identify outside voices that no longer serve you, establish personal boundaries around what you choose to believe, and fill your portrait with the qualities, strengths, values, and hopes that feel most authentic. No art skills needed. No sharing required.
