Cacao Ritual
As you sip your cacao, you’ll be guided through a brief ritual to set intentions for the session. Karoline will serve a Cacao Blue Lotus recipe that serves as a facilitator for deeper emotional exploration, helping to awaken your heart and elevate your state of consciousness. Participants are encouraged to focus on personal intentions, desires, or areas for healing, allowing the cacao to open the pathways of the heart.

Breathwork
Following the cacao ritual, the session transitions into a powerful breathwork practice with the intention of aligning our chakra system.
