About this Event
The first half of this event will be an all pathways recovery meeting, the second half a gentle yoga + meditation experience that is inclusive to all body types!
No matter your mobility or fitness level you will be able to participate! We will mix it up each week between yin yoga, different meditation techniques, and breathwork-- also including Yoga Nidra (or yoga sleep). You will feel relaxed and inspired by the end of the night!
An All Recovery Meeting supports all pathways of recovery-- whether you have experienced addiction, are effected by addiction or support the recovery lifestyle, ALL are welcome here! You don't have to be a young person to join us, we are youthful in spirit but open to ALL ages!
Meet us on the third floor, Suite 300 is directly left of the elevator. Enter the door and follow the hallway til you find us! Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces for all.
