Sound Healing & Reiki (1st Friday Every Other Month)

Join Cintia Tavares and Amy Freeman for our First Friday Sound Healing and Reiki experience. This deeply relaxing reiki and sound journey will allow you to create space for healing and wellness.

While cozied up in savasana you'll be treated to reiki with Cintia. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.

Amy, our sound healing guide, will offer a symphony of sacred sounds curated by the chakra tuned crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, tuning forks and more.

This meditative experience will take you on a journey that fosters mind-body-connection and helps rejuvenate your whole being. You will leave feeling centered, balanced, and focused. Sound healing is a great complement to improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

First Friday of every other month 7-8:15pm

Investment: $45 early bird/ $50 at the door
